Bryan Construction, Inc. was awarded a Design/Build contract, under the Unrestricted U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Omaha District Design/Build Multiple Task Order Contract (MATOC) for projects located within the Front Range to provide a new facility for the Squadron.  The new facility consisted of 36,731 SF and provides the Squadron with adequate SCIF, office, maintenance, storage and high bay space as well as southern exposure and provisions for their antennas. 

The construction of the facility includes: complete development of the 14+ acre site, two story masonry, brick and metal panels for the building shell, aluminum sunshades, blast resistant curtainwalls, EPDM roofing, metal stud framing, high-end interior finishes, Energy Management Control System to provide control and reporting on the mechanical system and extensive security systems (including electrical, metal cages and sound attenuation). This facility meets LEED Silver requirements.
